Vendor Terms and Conditions

These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Jamilshow platform (“Platform”) as a vendor, and the rights and obligations between you and Jamilshow (“Company”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Vendor Account You must register for a vendor account on the Platform in order to sell your products. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your vendor account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Products You are solely responsible for the products you offer for sale on the Platform. You represent and warrant that your products are legal, safe, and of the highest quality. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your products, including those related to consumer protection, intellectual property, and data protection.
3. Listing and Pricing You may list your products for sale on the Platform subject to the Company’s approval. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings and pricing information. You agree to keep your product listings up-to-date and to promptly remove any products that are no longer available for sale.
4. Order Processing and Fulfillment You are responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and professional manner. You agree to provide accurate shipping and delivery information to the Company and to customers. You agree to promptly notify the Company and customers if there are any delays or issues with order processing or fulfillment.
5. Payment and Fees The Company will process customer payments for your products on the Platform. The Company will deduct applicable fees, including transaction fees and commission fees, from the payment amount before remitting the balance to you. The Company reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with notice to you.
6. Customer Service and Returns You are solely responsible for providing customer service to customers who purchase your products on the Platform. You agree to promptly respond to customer inquiries and to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. You agree to comply with the Company’s returns policy and to promptly process returns and refunds as necessary.
7. Intellectual Property You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use and sell the products you offer for sale on the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of any alleged or actual infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights related to your products.
8. Termination The Company may terminate this Agreement and your vendor account at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using the Platform and to promptly remove all of your product listings from the Platform.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration provider.
10. Miscellaneous This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform as a vendor. This Agreement may be amended or modified by the Company at any time, with notice to you. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
